Our school students, namely Zhang Zhixin and Li Shuwen attended the 6th China Human Resource Management Forum held from November 4th to 5th at Macao University of Science and Technology. Focusing on the area of “Human Resource Management Study and Research Against the Backdrop of Multiculturalism”, the forum was divided into four parts, including the opening ceremony, keynote report, parallel sessions and closing ceremony. Our school’s student, Li Shuwen, made a presentation in Group 7 of the 2nd parallel session which was based around the theme of Personal Characters and Result of Work. The title of the presentation was Influence of Organizational and Emotional Capacity on the Performance of Product Innovation- Evidence-based Research on Corporate Life Circle.
